We gathered at Artifact Coffee for a fermentation feast, where Micah Martin, Preservation Director of Woodberry Pantry, led a homemade sauerkraut lesson. Candlelight and chemistry sets decorated the table, along with flowers from Crimson & Clover, cider pairings from Millstone Cellars and kombucha cocktails from Hex Ferments.
